Woodland Siblings
Mom was just a few yards away keeping a close eye on her young. They were camouflaged quite nicely in the woodland not far from the road. Shot at Bull Shoals, Arkansas.

Located near Owen Sound, Ontario this is a favorite location for folks near and far. Below the falls a few miles is a wonderful pond and park complete with paddle boats.

Located in eastern Oregon on Interstate 84 this wonderful falls in just a few feet from the highway. I image why this particular image is so recognizable.

He landed on the back fence, rendering it in B/W gave it a sinister look.
Backyard Bully
He shows up letting the other birds know who's boss. His screech can be heard around the neighborhood. he rules the roost and he doesn't care who knows it!
At Rest
The crop has long since been harvested and now that winter has taken hold the fields lay at rest waiting for next seasons planting.

These guys roam freely around the copper mines in Arizona. The don't seem to mind operations going on around them even stopping to pose for a shot.

We all have memories of the silken milkweed seeds lazily floating on the breeze of a summer day. this fellow has done his job all seeds delivered.
