THE EQUIPMENT

Over the past twenty five years I have used many different cameras and lenses, these include medium format Hasselblad 500c and Zeiss lenses, Pentax 645 and a twin lens reflex Rolliflex. The 35mm cameras included Olympus, Pentax ME Super, Nikon F4s and Nikon N90s.

I am currently using a Nikon DSLR (digital) and assorted lenses from wide angle to telephoto. I use a 60mm macro Nikon lens for close up work. These cameras and lenses create superb images that are then processed in my "digital darkroom".

Medium format camera includes Hasselblad 500cm, 80mm Planer lens, 150mm and 250mm Sonar lens.

For Studio work I use a four light setup, all strobes of varying powers. I use portable stands and  backgrounds that are easily set up and moved for on location work.

I Use a Bogen 3001 Tripod with  a 3025 head.

For My light meters I use two Sekonic  - a flash meter for studio work and hand held reflective/incident light for outdoor work. I also use a Minolta Spot Meter F.

For outdoor work I use large reflectors (black,white and silver reflective(Reflectasol) as well as a Nikon SB28  portable flash for fill light.
